With qualifications in gym instructing, pre and post natal pilates, personal training, GP exercise referral and a Level 4 specialist in lower back pain, I use this expertise to devise bespoke training programs for clients from a wide range of backgrounds and fitness levels.

Specifically I am trained to work with those who may have conditions such as;

In addition to working with those who simply want to improve their overall fitness and wellbeing and in many cases, prevent or reduce the likelihood of chronic illnesses from emerging.

I like to make fitness and exercise enjoyable, so each session is tailored with the aim that you look forward to the next one; whilst remaining motivated between sessions. Dietary guidance, in accordance with the eatwell guide is also incorporated and if appropriate yoga, pilates and meditation exercises also.

Above all else, your goals are fastidiously pursued so that within the set timelines you can see and feel the results of all your hard work.
