Dance is exercising without realisation as whilst distracted by the beat, rhythm and flow you'll be developing muscle tone, improving circulation and burning calories whilst simultaneously enhancing your mood.
As a former dancer and gymnast and more recently a qualified Zumba instructor, I like to include a variety of music genres and tempos in my dance fitness classes as I believe there should be very few rules.. these classes offer a chance to simply connect with music and focus on what feels good providing a perfect tonic in today's often hectic world.
