Whether you want to enhance your core, improve posture, balance and co-ordination, recover from injury or just invest in maintaining your mobility and strength; these personalised, tailored Pilates classes will assist.
These sessions will take place in a hybrid fashion; with one 30 minute online session per month along with the provision of a bespoke plan to allow independent practice, which will be monitored weekly.
