2. Realistic & Achievable Goals - I will set realistic and achievable goals, tailored to your individual needs and fitness levels so that you are motivated to work both in and outside of your sessions.
3. Bespoke Plan Creation – The plan I create for you will be carefully curated so you don’t waste time on strenuous but ineffective exercises and by using your time more effectively you’ll feel and see results more quickly.
4. Safety – Following extensive pre screening, I’ll ensure you’re appraised of the proper form and techniques for each exercise, thereby reducing the risk of injury and ensuring that muscles and joints are protected.
5. Variety & Progression – It’s really important that you have continual progression so you avoid a plateau in your progress, so your programme will be reviewed at set intervals and revised on an ongoing basis.
6. Motivation – I’m renown for my positive energy which I will use to encourage you to stay motivated and regular training has also been shown to aid sleep, reduce stress, boost confidence and improve self esteem.
