Barre combines ballet inspired movements with a focus on posture, alignment and core engagement; and these Dance@TheBarre Classes, are set to energetic playlists to really get you moving in time to the beat.
Ideal for strengthening the lower body, this workout also incorporates floor exercises to provide a full body workout- all tailored to you.
These sessions will take place in a hybrid fashion; with one 30 minute online session per month along with the provision of a bespoke plan to allow independent practice.
