Private Postural Assessment

A postural assessment is a vital step in establishing areas affecting your joints and mobility that may require more focus and to help with your specific health goals.

Your 30 minute consultation will involve an assessment to determine any static postural deviations and a dynamic assessment following observation of walking and during various exercises.

Following an evaluation of factors such as your exercise history, injuries and lifestyle, a series of recommendations will be made to enable quicker and more effective progress of your health, fitness and wellness goals.

You will receive detailed anthropometrics and a written report with the findings and recommendations.
