What equipment & preparation are required?
The ideal environment would be to have a warm room, free from distractions with all phones and smart watches set to silent. An eye mask or small towel over the eyes is recommended along with a blanket and pillow if desired.
In essence, the aim is that you're as comfortable as possible either seated, lying on your back or side, however during the live online session, a light must be kept on for health and safety reasons so that you can be observed at all times.
