Yoga is a journey back to yourself. Aside from the poses (asanas), yoga has the power to transform your life and create inner and external harmony. I bear testimony to this.
I teach Hatha Yoga (where poses are held for longer providing the opportunity to get out of the head and focus on the body), Vinyasa (which involves flowing movements in tune with the breath, designed to build heat and nourish the body) and Yin Yoga where poses are held for longer; not only to encourage deeper stillness of mind; but to target the deep connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
Irrespective of the style; yoga has been proven to aid sleep, reduce stress, increase flexibility and mobility, sharpen concentration and promote a sense of wellbeing; so whether your goals are physical, spiritual or emotional, these personalised yoga classes will be tailored just for you.
These sessions will take place in a hybrid fashion; with one 30 minute online session per month along with recordings to allow independent practice.
